Padlock - Daily Digit Puzzle

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Padlock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Padlock is a daily number logic puzzle game. The app provides:

Daily puzzles across multiple game modes (Classic 4-digit, Classic 5-digit, Hard 4-digit, Hard 5-digit)
Practice mode for unlimited puzzle play
Local statistics tracking including win rate, streaks, and guess distribution
Shareable puzzle results via text and image cards
Customizable settings including theme, language, sound, and haptic feedback
Onboarding tutorial for new players
Global streak tracking across all game modes

All game data is stored exclusively on your device. The app operates offline for gameplay — an internet connection is only needed for displaying ads and submitting optional support forms.

3. Daily Puzzles

Daily puzzles are generated algorithmically using the current date
Each daily puzzle is the same for all players worldwide on that day
Daily puzzles refresh at midnight (local time)
Each daily puzzle can only be attempted once per game mode
Practice mode puzzles are randomly generated and can be played unlimited times

4. Advertising

Padlock displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including banner ads and interstitial ads
Ad display is subject to Google's terms and policies
Ad frequency and placement may change with app updates
Ad removal may be available through in-app purchase
You may control personalized advertising through your device settings

5. Your Responsibilities

a) Device & Data

Game progress is stored locally and will be lost if you uninstall the app or clear app data
The developer is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, OS updates, or app removal
There is no cloud backup or sync — your local device is the only copy of your data

b) Sharing

When you share puzzle results (text or image), you are responsible for where and how you share them
Shared results contain only your puzzle pattern, game mode, and streak — no personal information

c) Support Forms

Information submitted through Help & Support, Bug Report, or Rate App forms is voluntary
Do not include sensitive personal information in form submissions

6. Intellectual Property

The Padlock name, design, game mechanics, and all visual assets are the intellectual property of the developer
You may share your puzzle results freely
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app

7. No Warranty

Padlock is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind:

The app is not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted
Daily puzzle generation is algorithmic and may occasionally produce similar puzzles
Ad delivery depends on third-party services and may not always be available
The developer is not responsible for data loss, device issues, or gameplay interruptions
You use the app at your own risk

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The developer is not liable for any data loss or device damage
The developer is not liable for any damages arising from app use or inability to use
The developer is not liable for content displayed through third-party advertisements
Your sole remedy is to stop using the app and uninstall it

9. Updates and Modifications

The app may be updated to add game modes, fix bugs, improve gameplay, or adjust difficulty
Ad placement and frequency may be modified
These terms may be modified at any time
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms
Major changes will be communicated through app updates

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it
Uninstalling removes all local game data permanently
The developer reserves the right to discontinue the app or any game mode at any time
